- Please carry a valid ID proof at all times.
- Make sure to check your passport’s validity for the entire duration of your trip.
- All travellers visiting from overseas should be sure about any form of travel insurance.
- Taxes are not included in the prices when you shop, which could add 7% or more to your bill.

- A Tour Manager is provided for groups of 15 or more pax; smaller groups will be guided by a driver cum tour guide.
- Smaller groups may miss specific tours, such as Hershey Chocolate World, with no refunds for missed activities.
- Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance must make their own arrangements, as no special provisions are offered.
- Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and passengers are advised to board early.
