Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kochi | Transfer to Munnar | En Route Sightseeing

Welcome to Kochi! Upon arrival, make a stop to savor the traditional feast of Kerala, then continue to take in the views of Periyar Lake from Neriamangalam Bridge. Visit the scenic Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls. You can enjoy activities like ziplining, swings, and a fish spa at Pottas Fun Farm. Later, check in, and in the evening witness the Kathakali & martial arts performances that showcase Kerala's rich folk culture.

Day 2

Munnar Sightseeing Tour

Embark on a Munnar sightseeing tour, expertly curated by Vacation Kart. Along with the iconic spot of Mattupetty Dam, a water storage for the Idukki district, you will discover the Macofa Chocolate Factory, experience the charm of Carmelagiri Elephant Park, and visit Pullu Medu View Point, where wild elephants often roam the lush meadows. The tour's highlight is the 2nd Mile Viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of misty hills and expansive tea plantations.

Day 3

Transfer to Thekkady | Sightseeing Tour

Check out and travel to Thekkady. Upon arrival, visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can spot diverse wildlife in its natural habitat. Head to Elephant Junction for a memorable experience of riding or bathing elephants. Explore the Spice Garden to learn about the region's aromatic spices and their cultivation. After checking-in to your hotel, conclude the day with an evening food tour, indulging in the authentic and flavorful local cuisine of Thekkady.

Day 4

Transfer to Kochi | Kochi Sightseeing Tour | Depature Day

After check-out, transfer to Kochi for a sightseeing adventure. Visit the Dutch Palace to see its vibrant Hindu murals, then head to the Jewish Synagogue with its intricate Chinese porcelain tiles. Explore St. Francis Church, the first European church in India and the resting place of Vasco da Gama. Enjoy a boat ride at Marine Drive with panoramic views of the backwaters and city. Later, get driven to Kochi Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.

- Please note that tickets and entry fees to all attractions are not included in the package.
- Entry fees can vary, so it's a good idea to check the specific costs for each attraction in advance.
- Heavy rainfalls are observed between June to September so itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go.
- Wear appropriate clothing, especially when visiting religious sites. Revealing attire is not culturally acceptable.
- Public drinking is prohibited so consume alcohol only in licensed establishments or private spaces.
- ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid ID proof.
- The tour takes place through an eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites.
- Kindly make sure to carry a pair of winter clothes as you will require it upon reaching Munnar, the hill station.
- Please note that while your driver will drop you off for the Thekkady food tour, return transfers are not included. Plan accordingly for your return journey.
- The hotels listed are subject to availability and may have varying prices during long weekends and the holiday season.
- Munnar & Thekkady rooms will not be A/C in all hotels since these are hill stations (few hotels have AC options & available at additional cost).
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
- While credit and debit cards are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash, especially when visiting remote areas where card facilities may be limited.
