Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kochi | Transfer to Munnar | Enroute Sightseeing

Upon arriving, get driven to Munnar. Enroute, relish a traditional feast, offering various dishes that highlight the rich taste of Kerala. Following this, visit Neriamangalam Bridge for views of the beautiful Periyar River. Then, admire the cascade of the Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls. Also, visit Pottas Fun Farm to try ziplining and fish spa. As you reach Munnar, check in at the hotel. Later, enjoy a Kathakali and Martial Arts show at a local centre and then unwind for the day.

Day 2

Munnar Sightseeing Tour

Get ready to explore Munnar's iconic sites. Start from the Tata Tea Museum, where you can learn about the state's tea culture, and go to Macofa Chocolate Factory for a chocolate-tasting tour. Also, visit some amazing off-beat attractions with Vacation Kart like Yellapatty Grassland, famous for its landscapes and 2nd Mile Viewpoint, a perfect place to enjoy the region's beauty. Also, explore Pullu Medu Viewpoint, where if lucky, you can spot elephants playing. Later, unwind for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Transfer to Thekkady | Thekkady Sightseeing Tour | Spice Plantation Tour | Night Food Tour

Check out and travel to Thekkady. Upon arriving at Thekkady, visit Periyar Lake where you can try boat safari & discover the wildlife of Periyar National Park. Get close to elephants at Elephant Junction & immerse yourself in a Spice Plantation Tour, learning about Kerala’s famous spices. Later, check-in at the hotel. Afterwards, indulge in a Night Food Tour, savouring the authentic flavours of local Kerala cuisine. Return to the hotel on your own.

Day 4

Transfer to Alleppey | Overnight Houseboat Stay

Upon checking out, enjoy a scenic drive to Alleppey, where the scenery will change from lush landscapes to calm backwaters. Upon arrival, board a traditional houseboat for an overnight stay, where cosy comforts await you. As you sail through serene waters, take in the views of the nearby villages and coconut groves. If you'd like, enjoy a five-minute ride on the houseboat before settling in for a relaxing evening surrounded by nature's beauty.

Day 5

Transfer to Kovalam | Enroute Visit to Jatayu Earth Centre | Kovalam Sightseeing Tour

Disembark from the houseboat and get driven to Kovalam. Enroute, visit Jatayu Earth Centre, ascending to it via cable car. Upon arrival, try activities like archery and shooting. Continue to Kovalam, and upon arriving, explore its various beaches. Stroll along Hawa Beach's shores, admire the coastal scenes from Vizhinjam Light House and try water sports at Samudra Beach and Kovalam Beach. Also, visit Azhimala Shiva Temple, offering ocean views. Later, unwind at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6

Transfer to Trivandrum | Visit Padmanabhaswamy Temple | Departure Day

Check out of the hotel and enjoy a journey to Trivandrum. Upon arriving, visit the sacred Padmanabhaswamy Temple, renowned for its stunning architecture and the impressive reclining statue of Lord Vishnu. Also, learn about the rich history and opulent design of the shrine, including ornate pillars and detailed sculptures, which make it a significant spiritual landmark. After your visit, you'll be transferred to Trivandrum Airport/Railway Station to board your transfer back home.

- To make the most of your sightseeing tours and transfers, please be punctual. Timely departure is essential to ensure you cover all planned attractions and points of interest.
- Please note that tickets and entry fees to all attractions are not included in the package.
- Entry fees can vary, so it's a good idea to check the specific costs for each attraction in advance.
- Heavy rainfalls are observed between June to September so itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go.
- Wear appropriate clothing, especially when visiting religious sites. Revealing attire is not culturally acceptable.
- Public drinking is prohibited so consume alcohol only in licensed establishments or private spaces.
- ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid ID proof.
- The tour takes place through an eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites.
- Kindly make sure to carry a pair of winter clothes as you will require it upon reaching Munnar, the hill station.
- Before heading to Elephant Junction, it's recommended to bring an extra pair of clothes, as interactions with the elephants can get a bit messy.
- While credit and debit cards are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash, especially when visiting remote areas where card facilities may be limited - like at Jatayu Earth Center.
- Please note that while your driver will drop you off for the Thekkady food tour, return transfers are not included. Plan accordingly for your return journey.
- The hotels listed are subject to availability and may have varying prices during long weekends and the holiday season.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
- Keep in mind that the Alleppey houseboat does not feature air conditioning, offering a more open-air and natural environment.
- Driver Service will be available from 8 am to 7 pm.
- Munnar & Thekkady rooms will not have A/C options these are hill stations However, a few hotels have AC options available but at an additional cost.
- For your houseboat stay, please be aware that check-in is at 12 PM, and check-out is at 9 AM the following morning. Plan your time accordingly.
