Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Guwahati & Transfer to Shillong | Explore the beautiful Umiam Lake

Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport, the driver will transfer you to your pre-booked in Shillong. Continue to Shillong & take a halt at Umiam Lake aka Barapani, which is a reservoir, that offers views of verdant surroundings. Later, get dropped off at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 2

Shillong to Cherrapunji Excursion | Visit the 3-tired Wei Sawdong Falls

The driver will pick you up from your hotel in Shillong and take you on a sightseeing tour of Cherrapunji. Take a halt at Elephant Falls, a waterfall with Elephant shaped rock. Reach Mawkdok Dympep Viewpoint & enjoy the views of the v-shaped valley. Continue to the Wei Sawdong Falls. Then stop at the Nohkalikai & Seven Sisters Falls viewpoints. Explore the Mawsmai & Arwah Caves, naturally formed with intriguing fossils. Later, get transferred to your hotel in Shillong.

Day 3

Shillong Local Sightseeing | Explore Rich Cultural Heritage of Shillong

The driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you for the sightseeing of Shillong. Enjoy a scenic drive to Laitlum Canyon, the shooting site of the Bollywood movie 'Rock On 2'. Arrive at the Don Bosco Museum to explore & learn about the north-eastern culture. Then visit the Wards Lake, an artificial lake shaped as a horseshoe. Later, get transferred to your hotel in Shillong.

Day 4

Shillong to Dawki | See the Pristine Waters of the Umngot River

Check-out from your hotel in Shillong after which the driver will pick you up and take you to Dawki for sightseeing. While en route to Dawki, take a halt at Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village. See a Balancing Rock on the outskirts and walk on the Single Decker Living Root Bridge in Riwai village. Then, head to Dawki for an incredible boating experience on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Later, get transferred to your hotel in Snongpdeng.

Day 5

Shnongpdeng/Dawki to Shillong via Jowai | Stop by the cascading Krang Suri Waterfalls

Check-out from your hotel in Shnongpdeng after which the driver will pick you up and take you to Shillong via Jowai. Stop at the Jowai village and see the magic of Krang Suri, one of Meghalya's scenic waterfalls. Continue to Shillong, have a halt at Laitlum Canyons, known for being the shooting site of the famous Bollywood movie "Rock On 2". Later, get dropped off at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 6

Departure | End Of The Trip

Pack your bags and check out from your hotel in Shillong. The driver will pick you up and take you to Kamakhya Temple, one of the holiest Shaktipeeths in India. After your visit to the Kamakhya Temple, get dropped off at the Guwahati Airport/bus stand.
